The conformation of cross-linked, monomolecular, polysterene nanoparticles on a solid substrate can be studied with the help of AFM. It’s considered that conformation is a function of cross-linking degree and substrate surface energy. Figure1 shows 4.5x4.5micron image of 4.5-5.5 nm polystyrene nanoparticles and maximum height distribution obtained on shown AFM image is shown in Figure 2
